We are members of the Association of Reflexology and work from our studio in West Mersea offering an opportunity for you to relax, take time out for yourself and helps to promote your sense of wellbeing.
Anna - I am a fully qualified reflexologist, holding a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and trained at the London School of Reflexology. I am also trained by Sally Earlam in Reflexology for Menopause.
Jess - I am a fully qualified reflexologist holding a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology from Phoenix Holistic and Complimentary Therapy Training. I hold a Kinesiology Proficiency Level from The Progressive Kinesiology Training School UK.

We offer flexible appointment times, our general availability is as follows, however please contact us if an alternative day or time is required as we may be able to accommodate you.

Tuesday - 9:00am - 7:00pm
Wednesday - 9:00am - 7:00pm
Thursday - 9:00am - 7:00pm
Friday - 9:00am - 7:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am - 1:00pm
Please be aware that the road to Mersea can be covered by the high tide, which occurs twice daily. It is the responsibility of the client to check the tide times prior to booking an appointment.
